    Sleep:✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️
    Log food:✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️❌✔️
    Exercise: ✔️✔️✔️

This was the best week I had in awhile. Only one ❌, I lost weight and I exercised three times. Moving forward I am working on getting my motivation to exercise back. I want minimum 3 days. I also want to get a new swimming badge for a swim burn on my Apple Watch.

Have a super Sunday and a great start to the April challenge!

Is anyone else having trouble with their food diary? I enter the food and it disappears. It even deleted food from yesterday’s diary.

Please increase my step goal to 3700. I am not sure what you have my pool day goal but let’s make it 8500 until I build up my swimming endurance again.

I had it 3500 non pool days and 9000 pool days ... Will change it

Honestly, I don't know if my knees and hips can handle that.

More than likely going to spend the spring and summer trying to better my 5km times.

Hi Greg, I wished the weather was a little warmer today, so your lungs didn't burn. However, it was great that your goal was beaten, congratulations! I am so happy for you.

Hello everyone and welcome new members.

Last week I followed a high protein diet, that helped me to shed some pounds. It was another stressful week too, so I don't know how much it interfered with my metabolism.

I wish a good week for everyone.
