This was the best week I had in awhile. Only one ❌, I lost weight and I exercised three times. Moving forward I am working on getting my motivation to exercise back. I want minimum 3 days. I also want to get a new swimming badge for a swim burn on my Apple Watch.

Is anyone else having trouble with their food diary? I enter the food and it disappears. It even deleted food from yesterday’s diary.4 -

Please increase my step goal to 3700. I am not sure what you have my pool day goal but let’s make it 8500 until I build up my swimming endurance again.2 -

I had it 3500 non pool days and 9000 pool days ... Will change it0 -

5km race went great. Lungs are burning cause it was below freezing this morning but I beat my 30 minute goal time.
Finished 27:54. Next race is in 3 weeks!9 -
