I really like the first one. It changes up quite quickly so you don't get bored. And the last one is just fun. The second video is much tougher. I like the exercises but not the way it was presented. Can't really say it in words. Just really enjoy the first gal more.

Thanks for taking the time and putting these up for us. I am definitely going to do them both. Just put on my music for the second one.

Chris no time to feel poorly. Hopefully you feel better soon.

I bought a new Clematis this weekend. And I saw another online I just had to have. Ville De Lyon. A reddish variety. So now I have to find a home for it. It is said to be a good bloomer. So I am excited. I bought it online, well two of it exactly. I like instant bang for my buck.

Sunburned and sore today after all the playing I did in my gardens this weekend. So worth the price.

Shelley, I had to walk back into the house for sun screen the other day. It was pretty bright out there. Sounds like you had fun in your garden.
Rain today! Ya just never know around here anymore. One day it's in the 90's the next day, rain and hail!! I love it!
I had Collin Duty yesterday then went to see my trainer. I missed my Friday workout and paid for it yesterday! She got my arms good!! I have Collin Duty this morning then our housekeeper is coming so I must clean this place up!

Chris I was digging up grape hyacinths. Darn things take over. So I decided it was my mission to rid myself of them once and for all. I started this a few years ago. Mostly gone. Might have to dig up a few plants to get to those growing in them. Sounds like your trainer was trying to teach you a lesson for missing workouts.

Got in my 15 pushups this morning. It is my new mission. To never miss a pushup. Going to slowly increase the number.

Did 15 Push Ups before taking Rocky to have an injection in his left knee. Now I am at work. I will get in some more exercise tonight. Yard is bursting in new growth everywhere. Lots of early blooms.

Ah, my computer seems to be working again. Fingers crossed. I gained weight while not tracking food. But not gonna dwell on that here until it's back on track. Past few days have been good. We'll see...

Chris, I love both those videos and am really looking forward to getting into them. (But good intentions are my friend; and follow through is not-so-much, soo...) I'll let you know if they can grab me. Feeling hopeful though.

Just took the MPY survey they sent out. It was LONG! They asked a lot of questions about forums and some about challenges. Hope this means they will keep them here and are reconsidering removing some of the features!

Karen, I don't know what the MPY survey is.
Had Collin Duty from 8 to 11:45 today... :# then walked to the post office and back for 6+ miles. The clouds were low and very dark, but it didn't rain on me. I wonder if it's going to rain later. We'll just have to wait and see.

Karen I received it also. Started it and realized a few minutes into it that it was MFP. I thought it was My FitBit! Muahahah

Paula give your computer a kick for me. Glad it is working again.

Had dinner out with a group of friends last night. So only got in 15 push ups. Will do more tonight before I clean the tanks. It is a beautiful day. I hope to have time to spend some outdoors.

Sorry I have not posted in couple of days. Granddaughter had emergency surgery on Friday morning. Had her Gallbladder removed. Apparently, she has been in pain for years. She says her mom did not believe her and this is a major reason she moved back to Wyoming. Glad it was taken care of.

Chris my neighbor watches her grandkids all the time. She sometimes vents to me how she feels they take her for granted at times. Forgets to let her know ahead of time so she can plan. I understand. And my sleep days are very important to me. They are lucky to have you there for them.

    Shelley

PS, here is a little workout to start your day.

It is less than 3 minutes long. Great strength and stretch.

Saw my trainer for 60 mins today after Collin Duty this morning. Going to the post office tomorrow after Collin Duty.

Shelley - Glad your granddaughter had her Gallbladder out. I'm in the club too..had mine out in my 30s...can be super painful ;(

Well I've sprained my ankle. Was walking while Bella was in therapy on Saturday on uneven pavement and rolled it ;( Was super sore Saturday and was still swollen yesterday. Wasn't painful yesterday just stiff. This is my weak ankle. Trying to rest it a bit...will see what today brings. I really do want to get out for a walk !

This weekend was the junior prom for Bella. Of course she decided 10 days before that she wanted to go. Her first prom, so she didn't realize everything that goes into planning it. Quite hard to find a plus-sized dress last minute...but we found one she likes. Got nails and hair done and all of the accessories. I was so glad she wanted to go. This time last year she was in mental health treatment....so she's coming a long way (and still working.) It was stressful pulling it all together. She had a blast and felt great...thats' all that counts!

Chris mine was also mostly dead. Pat really waited, or for some great stroke of luck could not feel it.

Karen she is lucky to get it out. Heavens to betsy whatever did folks used to do. I wish you could walk also. Since you can't do push-ups with me.

Yesterday I worked a little late. Then got home and did some gardening. Put a grape plant in the ground. Then started planting my row of dwarf Dahlias and red petunias. I had to add compost to the soil. By the time I had a third of them planted the rain and darkness came to chase me inside. Rocky finished them today. Darn him. Always stealing my projects. About 36 plants in all. Should be a great
    "pop" of color.

This morning I had to be on the range at 0630 for qualifications. I missed my last head shot. It was on his upper lip. Needed to be 1/2 inch higher to count. Scored a 98 because of it. I only have 2 more qualifications before I retire. What a great feeling.

Shelley, it wasn't fun, that's for sure.
We'll need pictures of the "pop" of color and some grapes, please.
Had Collin Duty this morning...SIL took advantage of my time...made me a bit angry. I'm okay now...went to the post office again, but my feet were so angry!! My last fix in them was BAD. I tried something different when I hobbled home. On another note, I am so glad they city built a restroom at the Dog Park!! No need to visit the bushes today... :D
