Whenever you want .... I can add you to May Week 4 if you want ..All I need is a step pledge and I will get you on the step challenge Glad you want to join

I want to join the walking challenge because it keeps me motivated to get outside and go for a walk every day. If it isn't warm out, I like to go to the community center and walk their track. I want to be intentional about my exercise and build up the strength to go longer each time so I can be healthy and happy!
May Week 4 goes from 5/21 to 5/27 and I always post a reminder of the people's steps I need on Sunday ... All I need from you is a number of steps you plan to hit daily and I will do the rest

I am stepping away for a while...I have been doing some soul searching and I think I am a slave to my logging and weighing weekly. I want to live more freely that doesn't dictate my weight number and what I eat daily.
I'm giving myself a month off to continue to fast and follow the protocol (trust the system) ...
I would still like to continue to be a part of the group...but more in a maintenance capacity...maybe weighing once a month??
Just let me know if is a place for me 🥰

Keto is doing the trick for me. I got kicked out of ketosis for one day this week, I want to say it was Wednesday and boy could feel it, BUT I refrained from indulging in carbs. I went to bed, had a long fast and was back in the next day! I have felt pretty good this week. Not sure how long I will be able to sustain this lifestyle because I can tell my muscles are weaker when it comes to exercising. Anyway, that is a recap of my week. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

I wish you the best during your small break
I did the same thing a few months ago where I took some time off but continued my streak.
Something about being away and not logging that I missed so I came back and gave it my all after the much needed break.

We would love for you to continue to be a member of the team. Usually when on maintenance you set a maintenance range and weigh in weekly. The way it works is if someone is over their maintenance range for 2 weeks in a row they move back to the main team until they are back in their range. I asked the group leader how we will do a monthly weigh in. Give me your maintenance range and when you will weigh in next.

I have returned from Canada and my daddy's memorial and I am getting back on track. I was not in the mindset for about a month before but I am ready to continue my journey with more effort. I gained about 2 pounds while away but am up about 4 from my lowest. I have my father in law memorial May 31st and then a week with a friend in Fort Myers area. I am a mere 14 pounds from my first goal. You have all been so kind and have been doing incredible in your own journeys! I am determined to be more of an asset to team downsizers!

After 2 full days in Madrid I've averaged just over 15000 steps a day and a calorie deficit of 1300 calories I'm having a wonderful time but determined to have lost not gained whilst I'm away!
This is the longest I've been without weighing myself in nearly 2 years and it's a really weird feeling .... almost like a sense of panic as I'm so scared of repeating history and regaining my 90lb loss! Working on keeping things in perspective!!1 -

That is great steps. Maintaining a deficit when on vacation is definitely a win. I was just talking to my husband about our trip to Newfoundland and not wanting eat out so much. Last year we went crazy with eating out and it sent me into a spiral.SW 388.6

There is so much going around. We managed to pass it between 2 households. Did he at least wear a mask? I wore mine to the doctors as I was afraid I might still be contagious. Feel better soon!
