@micaroo4 Slayin the strength training challenge! Your shopping sounds like a lot of fun! Talk about some serious working out today, you were on the move all day!
@tammymccrady6278 Congratulations on 30lbs down!
@askewcr Congratulations on your sugar being lower, that’s a wonderful difference! I bet along with feeling better in the mornings the no later eating is helping your blood sugar too.
@trooworld Oh no I hope urgent care is able to help with your stomach, hang in there and thinking of you.
@19shmoo69 Funny sign!
@mkksemail Wow that’s a lot of rain for this time of year! Happy birthday to your daughter! That was very sweet of you and your huband to bring her a party, I’m sure she really appreciated it.
Hi team! I wasn’t going to go to the farm as I didn’t sleep well, my brother’s cat yowled all night long and turns out she was packed full of hairballs, I’m assuming they aren’t all just from her but I keep running across them, no wonder she was so unhappy last night. I decided to go for a bit and got into it and stayed longer than I meant to dealing with basil. Ran by the farmer’s market and picked up some stuff for my dinner tomorrow night with my parent’s and went to the nursery and am ready for bed already. I have to get the house straightened up and yard cleaned up before my parents come. Have a great Sunday!
- Fairly good body mechanics but about 70% of the time.

@Brigit02 Thank you! I'll update below.
@gemwolf110 @txcritter69 Congrats on the losses!
@mkksemail Thank you! Wow, that's a lot of rain. Happy birthday to your daughter! That was so nice of you to bring the party to her. Too bad she had to work.
@Katmary71 Thank you! Poor kitty. Good luck with the straightening.
@AmbersWay That's awesome! That's the best way to take it off.
Hello all. I ended up going to urgent care yesterday and was there for 3 hours. They took x-rays and bloodwork but didn't see anything. They said that x-rays weren't very good at diagnosing stomach problems because the intestines and stomach are soft tissue. They couldn't figure out what was going on so said if the pain gets to 6-7 and stays in one place, to go to the ER where they can do more extensive tests. I still have the pain today. It ruined our plans last night and will likely ruin today's birthday celebration plans for my hubby.

Nice day. Not the best weather, but not a complete wash out like Saturday. We went to the Wells Estuarine Reserve at Laudholm Farm. We didn't walk all of the trails. Many were wet and muddy from yesterday's rain. We got about 3 miles there. From there we went to Beach Plum Farm, which is headquarters for Great Works Land Trust and hiked the loop trail there. The trail is only about 3/4 miles, but there's a nice view of the dunes on Ogunquit.
From there we went back home and walked around Willand Pond, a hometown favorite of almost 2 miles. We came home for lunch, and will go out again shortly to walk the Dover Community Trail, which out and back I think will be about 2 miles. That will do it for the day, and it's the end of vacation. Back to work tomorrow.

I'm sorry you had poor weather for your Maine vacation, mica 😞.
It's a bit dudgy today, but we're hoping to head north in RT 1, to Alewive's brewpub and farmhouse restaurant (seating on the lawn, outside) later today 🤞2 -

I actually dipped lower on Thursday but the weekend hit with weekend food and there you go. Nothing too crazy but sitting down for lunch with the family adds a lot more calories than picking at some fruit and veggies throughout the day at work.
Overall a good week! My mini goal is 215. Maybe this week I’ll hit it!4 -
@AmbersWay congratulations on the great total loss!
@trooworld That’s real frustrating, I’m sorry they didn’t get to the bottom of things at urgent care. I hope you’re feeling better tomorrow and won’t need to go to the ER. Gentle hugs to you.
@micaroo4 That’s an incredible amount of walking, sounds like great spots to do it! I’m sorry the rain interfered with your plans but sounds like you did amazing at working around it.
@mkksemail Have a great time at the pub and restaurant!
@megnolia82 Glad you didn’t get too crazy, I agree it’s a lot harder to eat as well with others around and being off the usual plan. Two fifteen here you come!
Hi everyone! My folks left a little while ago, I made the pasta primavera with shrimp then fruit over frozen yogurt with whipped cream, went well and sent them home with another meal of primavera and rosemary sourdough bread which has me thinking twice about saying no to a friend who offered me sourdough starter. I’d be a hot mess getting competitive to find the perfect recipes and eating too much bread so I know it’s not a good idea especially with diabetes, having bread every once and awhile I can get away with but not that often! I did a light workout then cleaned the house and yard. I’m worn out from yesterday at the farm so wasn’t as ambitious as I thought but everything went well and my dad loves his succulent I picked up. I’ve been doing better with eating and am feeling a little better about staying on track even though today was a little high.
Let’s have a great week team!

Eh - kinda par for the course since I raised my calories to maintenance. I'm planning to stay here for a few weeks. My goal is to keep my weight here within a few lbs.
This group is so active - it's hard to keep up! I'm really enjoying reading all of the posts and seeing all of the pictures.
6 -
@trooworld - I hope you feel better without going to the ER and you can celebrate the birthday when you do. Thinking of you.
@micaroo4 - your pix are beautiful! Sounds like a relaxing vacay
@Katmary71 - That's exactly what I would do with the bread- keep making batches until it was just right and then it would be so yummy I'd want to have a loaf around all the time. Stay strong!

@megnolia82 Congrats on the weight loss!
I've been getting more exercise due to gardening season. Nothing like working outside to relax the soul.
Wishing everyone a wonderful week!

Congratulations to all of you who had a loss this week and those who are still at it. 👏🏻
@trooworld I hope you’re feeling better this morning. 💐
@Katmary71 the pasta primavera dinner sounds lovely. Beware! My friend was experimenting with recipes and she shared so much with me. That’s probably why I am here. 😂😂😂😂 j/k. It’s amazing to have fresh bread in the house.
@micaroo4 your pictures are beautiful. I love green, it makes me happy. I hope you enjoy every moment.
@mkksemail dinner on the lawn sounds so nice. I hope you had a great time.

I feel so behind in catching up. I am reading and liking posts. You are definitely in my thoughts.
I’ve been quite busy trying to get everything done around here. Last minute errands, trying to changes schools for next year, getting the house all sorted, grabbing everything I need for traveling, grabbing gifts for my friends. I’m a delirious mess. 🤪
I’m excited though. Meeting a group of my friends tomorrow for dinner to say goodbye for a while.
I had a decent loss this week, not to hold onto will be my goal. Im down to frozen veggies and condiments in the fridge 😂. I grabbed some apples and cucumbers while I was out just for some fresh foods.

Good Morning Folks!
Would like to congratulate everyone who had a loss this week! "Keep up the amazing work!"
I manage to catch up on all the posts and things are really hopping in here. I will chime in as the week progresses.
Things are settling down here and life is returning to normal. Today we are gathering up the stuff from yard sale and donating what we can to our local homeless shelter. The rest is going to the local landfill.
The yard sale had a pretty good turn out but I am SO glad it is over. It is so miserably 🔥HOT🔥 heat advisory in effect for the rest of the month.
Now we can get get back to working on the house remodeling since it is an Inferno outside😂 still have some painting in the front of the house to finish up.
It is also time to refocus on my journey! NO MORE letting people pull me off track!
I hope everyone has a great day!

@micaroo4 That grass is so green. Beautiful!
@megnolia82 Congrats on the loss!
@Katmary71 Thank you! I still have the stomach pains but no ER visits. Sounds like a good idea to turn down that bread starter. I'm glad you had a good day with your family.
@Cornanda Thank you! No ER trips but not feeling much better either.
@AmbersWay Thanks. I appreciate it! Not feeling much better but not worse either. Good luck getting everything ready.
@txcritter69 Sounds like a good time to stay inside and work on the house.. Good luck!
Hi all. Not feeling better but not worse either. I will talk to my doctor on Tuesday about something else and we will likely talk about this too. We just stayed home yesterday, I did cook something to celebrate my husband's birthday but it was just the two of us. I have to go to work today, unfortunately. We are short-staffed due to vacations.

Great job for everyone in the leaderboard!
I’m off today and it is absolutely gorgeous out. We have had so much rain as of late that it is nice to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. I’m keeping with my zero days. Getting my water in daily and my steps. The exercise is coming but by no means totally regular. It will come I know it. Well going to sit back end enjoy the day.6 -

Hello, F2Fers! 🙋♀️
Happy Monday! Happy 'teenth! Today is our newest (US) federal holiday - Juneteenth, which marks the day, on June 19, 1865 that Union soldiers rode into Galveston TX (2 years after the end of the American Civil War, and also some years after the Emancipation Proclamation by Lincoln, that ended slavery in America), and let the last remaining enslaved people know that they were free.
As for up here in the still rainy and overcast corner of the country, aka 🌧️☔ Maine, lol ... Quiet day here today. Hubby, daughter, and I, went out for pizza and beer at a Farmhouse Brewpub and outdoor restaurant about an hour north of here yesterday. And then played Settlers of Catan Seafarer's Expansion Game until way WAY too late! 😱
I slept thru my lab appt this morning (TSH followup bc hypothyroidism meds tweaked about 6 wks ago). 😝 I called, and they let me come in 4 hrs and 15 mins late . 🤣
Cheers! ✌️

You guys are hilarious!! Life is great, I had the best week! Got 3 hikes in and my workouts plus worked 4 days! I’m finally able to log a “lowest” weight again after slacking off the past couple months prior. I used to stress when I wasn’t keeping up with logging but I’m doing the work and doing great so I felt there’s no need to stress over logging if I don’t have the time. I’m still making progress! Much love to you all. This group keeps me going for sure…6 -
OK congrats to all Slims on the leaderboard.
@shaunarlr1983- Shauna! Shauna! Shauna!!!!!!!! You are the ultimate F2F champ! Congrats!
Although.... they noted you on the wrong team.
Goooooooooooooooooo Slims!

@DebJB30 It does take awhile to balance out in maintenance, you’re doing great!
@Cornanda Yep we’d both be perfectionists making the perfect bread and getting chubby!
@Brigit02 You’ve been putting in a lot of time in the garden, I want to see pics if you’re willing to share.
@AmbersWay How long will you be in Turkey? I can’t imagine all the stress getting ready for that big of a vacation/leave! Have a great time with your friends tomorrow.
@tcritter69 Sounds like working in the house with that heat is a great idea! I like that you’re donating and getting rid of everything left from the sale instead of it ending up in your garage, that’s a smart call. I still have some bags of clothes I was going to take to Goodwill before they stopped taking things for COVID and some books to take to lending libraries. I need to channel you! I love your vertical vines, what are those ones? I can’t click on the photo to zoom in, I was planning to do that with my cucumbers and melons but it was my last project to build the trellises when my back conked out after the tomatoes and peppers. I have a cucamelon and I put it next to the green beans to share, I have a bunch of sticks going to a small trellis, it actually is working but is definitely a poor woman’s trellis! Everything in your garden looks great! I love the herb labels too!
@trooworld Oh good I’m glad you’re seeing your doctor tomorrow, I was wondering if you’d gone. I’m glad you aren’t worse but wish you were feeling a little better. Good luck at work today.
@shaunarlr83 Congratulations on top individual loss and individual lbs lost last week, woot woot!
Go Mission Slimpossibles coming in second!
@shaunarlr83 @DebJB30 @tfelts147 Top losers of the last week, awesome job team!
@tammymccrady6278 Sounds like the perfect day, love your attitude and it sounds like it’s all falling into place.
@mkksemail Sounds like a fun family night! Oh no glad you were able to get in for the lab, if you hadn’t had such a fun night I’d be worried it had to do with your medicine tweak as far as sleeping in! Very cool they got you in.
@shaunarlr83 You just keep growing more and more awesome, I don’t know how you do it! Talk about blooming where you landed, you’re the definition of that saying!
Hi everyone! Had a good workout this morning, took care of stuff at my brother’s, and got some new plants in and now I have some charity stuff to do. Took it easy in between as I’m a little worn out today and need to recharge some. Have a great Tuesday everyone! Still doing good on No Zeros and probably 75% good on body mechanics.

OMG @katmary71- everyone please google cucamelon and look how cute they are!4
-
Woo hoo! Congrats to the whole team for getting 2nd place by percentage and pounds lost! A special shout-out goes to @shaunarlr83 for leading the way with that 5.6 lb loss! Additional shoutouts to @DebJB30 and tfelts147 for getting on the leaderboard! Woo hoo team!
@txcritter69 Your garden is looking awesome!
@mkksemail Thank you for this. Our students had the day off but staff did not, we could use one of our floating holidays for it but I think we should get it off. Sounds like you had a great, fun day!
@Katmary71 Yeah I went to urgent care on Saturday but they couldn't figure it out. I hope the doc can. Thanks. I hope you take it easy today. Hugs.
@Cornanda Oh those are so cute! I want to eat some.
Hi all. Still have stomach pains. Yesterday, my INTENTION was to go for a walk on my lunch but work was a sh1t show and I did a lot of physical work moving things around so I didn't go for a walk. Today is likely going to be the same way, so no walk.

@txcritter69 Your garden is looking great! I am into gardening too. Started gardening during the pandemic; added a little more each year - now it seems like it is taking over my yard! LOL. Started off as a container garden, then we made a little in the ground garden. This year added another container area, and my back deck. 😁 Things were looking good until today - some kind of critter got my peas and cucumbers! I bet it was the stinker groundhog that loves my front porch (its a good thing he's cute).
Tomatoes, herbs, corn, and my destroyed peas and cucumbers.
Broccolli
Brussel Sprouts
Mostly different varieties of peppers
Potatoes
Tomatoes, Squash, Watermelon and More Potatoes
Carrots and another Potato (if they all produce don't know what we will do with 1000 pound of potatoes - but the bag of potatoes we had all had ears, so planted them all) and the ones on the side are sweet potato - that aren't doing very well.
7 -
LOVE the gardening pix!!
Ok, def going to Google cucamelon next! 😅
troo ... Hoping you feel better soon ❤️🩹. Having stomach pains for an extended period is not nothing 😬. So frustrating they can't DX the issue 😟1
