I joined a couple days late so going to be hard to hit 4000 this week. I started on day 3 as I didn't track exercise over the weekend and I wasn't feeling well yesterday so only did a light workout.

I am doing an average of 2 hours of walking a day - 406 calories - + squats (calisthenics - say 60 cals) and an average of half an hour of circuits a day - 214 cals - so this is a basic daily burn of 680 cals a day. This is my low estimate - usually do more - but it works out at a basic burn of 4760 a week.
