I'm Sara. 42 with T2 diabetes. 2000mg Metformin daily and .5 Ozempic weekly. Looking to be more consistent with logging my meals and water intake. I have Crohn's, Diverticulitis, acid reflux and am lactose intolerant. I am also slightly masochistic. Food has never been my friend.
