Hi all, I'm new here. Diagnosed with bulimia nervosa recently and I'm really trying to make a change. I restrict sometimes but then I binge/purge like twice a week and tend to just purge everything I eat. I really want to get started on the path towards healing because I really hate having and eating disorder. So yea. Anyone have any tips for staying accountable and stuff?
