Was this a test?😉 I did 9 squats in 15 seconds and held a 37 sec plank. How do you always know what we need? This is going to be fun.❤️

Do we get to use the TRX for our squats?? 8 squats without the TRX...boy, howdy, they were ugly!! 8 squats with the TRX, and they were very pretty!! I will be holding a minute plank when I workout this afternoon...I use a bench and do them with my arms bent.

Kathy in a way it is a test. It is a challenge for September. I am starting tomorrow. The last 2 weeks I have been working on my hip. I can now sit crossed legged. Didn't realize I lost that skill. It was ugly. Kathy great start.
Chris can we get a photo of you using the TRX thing?
Let's see some improvement each week. It can be in form, not just a higher number. Or add shoulder taps in the plank. Do your best. If you need to do the plank on your knees that's ok. If it is holding your stomach as tight as you can, do it.
PS Kathy, Funny how we always seem to need the same thing.

30 squats plus my 7 yesterday and a 60 second plank. My 30 was in 3 sets of 10 so I don't have a time, just my trainer watching me very closely so I don't cheat.

I did 12 squats in 15 seconds. Will just see how many I can do tomorrow as that was a little to easy. For the planks I did 45 seconds, but on my knees. 15 seconds was for each side. Will need to wear shoes and try up on my toes tomorrow.

Kathy music makes everything easier. Great reminder. And sumo squats are great. I like to change it up. Pulse squats are killers!
Chris should I send her some ear plugs?
I am counting climbing up and down scaffolding as squats today. Crazy good stretch. And ladder climbing. I am still working on my hips. More crossed legged sitting. Ouch
