    Great job Chris!

    Welcome back Kathy!

I decided to change it up today. I walked around the fifth floor at work. And did 5 squats before opening the doors at each end. Lost track but about 50. Did toe taps on the floor for the tummy.

I realized I have not done the plank in a bit. I stuck it out for 60 seconds. Why was that the longest minute in the entire day?

Anyone have a suggestion for a mini challenge? Minimum steps? Water intake? October is almost here. Let's throw out some ideas.

I promise to be more consistent in November with whatever challenge we try. October was not a good month for me. But I will never give up reaching for my goals.

Kathy I am in your corner. Never give up. Squats and something else????? I have been working on my back and hips. It involves small ab movements. I noticed that my stomach is not as flabby! So excited

Yes squats and whatever you decide. I have noticed a decrease in my abs. I bought jeans and I had to return the size 14P for a 12P. Can’t remember the last time I wore a 12. Maybe high school?

    I’m all in.

I found this in one of my Facebook groups. Will follow this for the month and will use my kettlebells per my trainer. I’m using the beginner reps. Completed Days 1& 2.
