Great Job everyone!
I love keeping track of my miles, it lets me truly see my improvements. This month I will have run 75+ miles. When I first started running I was topping 50, and that was including walking. Keeping track of your miles does a number of things. It lets you know how far you have come, and it helps you control your training.
