Thank you all for acknowledging and saying kind words - talked with the vet tonite and said we made the best decision he had a blood clot as there was no pulse in his foot, legs were cold which is a sign of no circulation after blood clot - we had found him on our basement floor after going to a store howling/crying b/c he was in pain and didn't know why - we rushed him to our vet; we couldn't even say good-bye he was in such a distressed state but after the vet got in the 2nd shot he calmed down and then she gave him the final one - he went peacefully- he was my shadow and follow me everywhere I'm going to miss him terribly 😭5 -

@LaurieWrobo So sorry to hear about your cat. It sounds as if it was an incredibily traumatizing and horrible experience. Poor kitty.
@PatriceFitnessPal Thanks for sharing your experience with the TRX! I am not sure how I never heard about it before. Maybe it's a different country thing. I haven't seen it in my gym anyway.
@Itadakimasu7 I checked out the channel, but those types of workouts is kinda what I am tired of. I want something different! Thanks for sharing anyway.
@CasandraW I have also looked at knock offs, but considering it is something I would trust my whole bodyweight with, I prefer the tried and tested original with warranty. I am already pretty paranoid about trusting equipment like that, so I will just wait until it is back in stock.

Good morning Shape Shifters. I went for my morning walk, though I wasn't really in a great mood. I did it and that is the important part. The rest of the day felt very lazy. In the evening I got my package with a wooden foot massager. It has 5 wooden rollers with texture or knobs and it feels kinda nice! I will use it a few times a day and hopefully it will help with the heel pain. I also got a new fantasy book. I haven't been reading much lately, but this one sounded really cool. I took a risk and read some before bed. It can be a problem because I have a hard time stopping and then it cuts in my sleep, but I managed to stick to 40 minutes and had a lovely sleep after. I can't really be upset with this. I didn't put in the work so I didn't get the results. At least I lost a little this month (1.6 lbs I think). It's not a lot, but happy I'm moving in the right direction overall.3 -

Good morning Shape Shifters. I went for my usual walk again. The weather was pretty nice but nothing interesting to see. My mom is visiting next Wednesday and we will likely walk a lot. I will probably take my camera then and maybe there will be some more fun pictures. I feel like the phone landscapes are getting a bit old. I was very tired all day and got dizzy again in the evening. Not sure if that is still because of the glasses or what. I just went to bed early and enjoyed my new book so it was fine. Happy Thursday everyone

@LaurieWrobo I am so sorry for you loss. It sounds very distressing. Pets are family.
I am up, nervously drinking coffee, because my daughter finds out if she passed the bar in a little less than 3 hours. She completed her prep course 100 percent and did extra prep on top, but if she didn’t pass, she’ll probably get fired too so it’s not a fun time. She came home last night to be with us but her fiancé isn’t coming until tomorrow. Fingers crossed!!!
The Covid could have been worse- I didn’t get that sick and I’m glad it was after our trip, but there is no good time. My daughter and I had tickets to Beyoncé Saturday night, but didn’t go. Friday night her fiancé’s grandfather passed away suddenly so they went to Connecticut, so she couldn’t even go without me.. I was able to re-sell the tickets, but with all the fees still lost a good chunk of money.
I feel really off my game from so little exercise in September, but I’m still not 100 percent so I have to ease into it. I’m still trying to weigh every day so have my new starting weight as today’s weight- 137.8

Good morning Shape Shifters. Another morning walk. This time I started a little further away, so I got 10 extra minutes, woohoo. It was very warm, but the walk was fine. There was a very pretty cow near my home, but she was too afraid to come closer, so no petting. I planned out the walks I want to do with my mom when she visits. There are some areas she hasn't seen yet and I am looking forward to show her. One of the walks passes a teahouse in the forest so that will be a nice place to have a break. The rest of the day wasn't very interesting. I finished my book in bed and it was awesome, though it did make me cry at one point. Happy Friday everyone
