@Kitri2020 - getting out of the loop of "setting goals and not changing my actions" can be SO hard. I was / am stuck in that loop for about a year or more. Want it SO bad but, not feeling like it
After listening to a couple new pod casts the last 2 days I found a new found drive. I realized that #1 - I have been stuck in a loop. Repeating the same things over and over. Setting a goal, then not working towards it.
I do not want to be stuck in this loop for December.
How do I want to feel January 1st? Do I want to feel this sense of defeat because I keep myself in this loop? It was a new realization for me that I WANT OUT of the loop and
I have the power to break out of it.
I'm tired of going to sleep at night and beating myself up because of my daily food choices. I want to go to sleep feeling happy, joyful and proud of myself. SO, the crap stops here. I feel like I've found my WHY - after all these years.2
