I am surprised to see my step count as I was going to put my watch in my jacket pocket but it was too warm in the mall to leave it on. I have closed my rings everyday in January so far. We are leaving to go out for breakfast with my granddaughters shortly and then playing cards with friends at 1. So today involves lots of sitting. I am going to Niagara for the day and night tomorrow. I am hoping to get home early enough on Tuesday morning to get one of my swims completed before my appointment in the afternoon. Don’t know how I fit exercise, kept the house clean and fed my kids while I still worked. Shout out to all the working parents who accomplish this.

Good morning, Linda and to all of my fellow Downsizers. I know a lot of you are experiencing heavy snows and/or bitter cold. If so, please be careful.If you are in a climate susceptible to icy, slippery conditions, take a few extra minutes and walk very carefully. Waddle like a penguin. Better that than to be laid up for the rest f the winter with a broken bone a sprain muscles.

I could have swore I checked my watch before I put it on charge to see if I reached my step goal. There is no excuse for missing my steps by 53. My friend just messaged me to see if I was going to the pool. It’s -28C with the wind chill. I really don’t want to walk there in this cold. I got to be honest. I might just do mini walks and take my bathing suit with me to Niagara Falls. We are not leaving until after lunch now. I am glad because that means one less restaurant meal. I will try and check in tomorrow otherwise I will see you on Wednesday.

Fantastic loss this week! What are some of your goals that are helping you be successful?
I have updated my activity level in MFP, from slightly active to active. That way it allows me more calories. I just have to make sure and stay active. I’ve pretty much dialed in my macros and ingredients. I’m working out 3 days a week, feeling great. My “Goal” is to get healthy, and I am doing that. With help from this community as well.1 -
