I'll be the first. I'm not tracking my food intake, but at least weight doesn't go up (too much)
Weighed in at 86,5kg today.1 -
Jan.1, 2024: 189.2 lbs
LW: 181.2 lbs
TW: 178.2 lbs
Difference: ⬇️ 3 lbs

Last Week: 172.7
Now, this is starting to tick me off. I am up and down the same .5lbs week after week after week. Officially a plateau, and on that I am tired of. Changing things up a little this week...different food choices and might change the timing of the Intermittent Fasting. Something to break this 3 mths long plateau!1 -

I was down to 11st 7 or 8 pre-christmas but the holidays and really struggling to get back to monitoring my diet have led to me bouncing nearly all the way back up.
Time to start using MFP every day and get back on track!!1 -
For understanding:
Convert 12 stones 3 pounds to pounds:
* 1 stone is equal to 14 pounds
* So:
* 12 stones = 12 * 14 = 168 pounds
* Plus the 3 additional pounds
* That's:
* 168 + 3 = 171 pounds
