Through a nice combination of things, sticking with a plan, things are moving a little bit.
I paid my money for a race in seven weeks, and I hope to stick to a consistent exercise regiment, and not eat back each and every extra calorie I burn. Hope you all had a good week.2 -

I lost 7 pounds in 6 days. I feel like this is normal to lose a bunch of water weight the first week of weight loss. I'm guessing this next week will not be as significant.

Chris sent an email but this system is crazy unfriendly and I thought I entered it but it must not have saved. Tinkerbell I retro entered so my dataset is complete.
Found out I have a little severe pancreatitis and not making some enzyme. Lets see if my digestion and absorption improves?
