Breakfast...Yes or No?

Do you have breakfast each day? For me, I never liked to eat early in the mornings before going to school. But then I would be starving before snack or lunch!

This same routine has followed me throughout my life. I have tried to eat before going to work, but I just couldn't force myself.

I have tried breakfast shakes, yogurt, boiled eggs or just a piece of toast. My tummy just is not ready for anything so early.

Here is what I discovered a few years ago and it works great. I have an alarm set for 9:30 A.M. to let me know, hey you, eat something regardless of you feeling hungry or not. This has worked great! My solution is always a banana and then one other simple thing. Currently that's a homemade egg bite or homemade muffin.

I then eat lunch around noon or so. This has really been a game changer for me.
