Hey yall. Just checking in. I didn't make my step goal today but I did yesterday. I've also been doing my exercises from physical therapy. My knee is getting stronger and the limp is much less pronounced. Still some swelling happening and th a t will get better as well with time.
In other news, I found an apartment closer to my boyfriend. I move the first week of May. We are so excited about me getting closer.4 -

The daily card:We all have goals in life, some short term and some long term, some big and some small. At the end of the day, spend a few minutes reflecting on the goals you have accomplished or worked toward. Don't just focus on the big goals; consider the smaller ones as well. By making this a daily habit, you will see how much you are able to achieve over time and gain confidence in completing future goals.

Well I'm back in the 120"s Woo Hoo, it has been a very long time, like decades lol I'm so happy, but also scared at the same time. I want to stay down. The last time I was here, my life was very different, so I'm hoping I can keep up with the positive changes I have made in my life, and my routines, and stick to my goals. I know my weight will go up and down a bit, I'm ok with that.
Have a great day ShapeShifters!6 -

Hello everyone,
I had a follow up appointment with the surgeon for my finger injury today. We are going to book surgery in 4-6 weeks to release the tendon on the palm side of my finger. The tendons are "stuck" and I still cannot bend my ring finger at the last 2 joints. This lack of movement drastically limits what I can do with my left hand. Try to make a fist while keeping your ring finger straight.
On other news, I reached out to the internal medicine doctor I was seeing for my metabolic issues to see if he can help me get in with a specialist sooner, or at least help point me in the right direction about who I should see. I have a phone appointment with the internal medicine doctor tomorrow afternoon. I also reached out the specialist office where my family doctor sent the referral to see about being seen sooner since was have the test results. They offered to put me on a cancellation list and informed me the doctor has seen my results and triages her appointments how she wants to. Did my doctor maybe exaggerate the severity of the results?? I would feel pretty conflicted if he did, happy that things aren't that bad, and upset about all the worry.5 -

Congratulations on last week’s successful week, Shape Shifters — and welcome to our new members! We’re glad to have you on the team! I’ll look forward to getting to know you more and hope you find support here.
Today was a good day of tracking my food and I stayed within my daily calorie goal. My macro nutrient breakdown was too heavy on fats, probably due to the amount of cheese I ate. So, I’ll monitor the balance more tomorrow and try to add more protein so my weekly results are closer to my goals. I didn’t make it to my yoga class this morning because I wanted to get some grocery shopping and laundry done.
I had a full day of meetings and appointments this afternoon so I’m going to do some reading now to unwind. I felt good about the day, and thought I accomplished a solid number of tasks, but my watch is telling me I was too stressed 😰 so I hope I can make my watch a bit happier before I go to bed. 🤞3 -

Hello everyone, today I'm sick, with fairly high fever, Body aches, headache, Dizziness and other symptoms. I don't know how long it will take get better. I'd like to be excused from this week's weigh in. If I get better sooner than expected, I'll post here to rejoin the weigh in.7
