Adding 3.5 miles for 6.5 miles out of 50. Feeling better each time.

Adding 6.5 miles for 13 miles out of 50. Switched to flat pedals and it made a huge difference.

First off I want to say thanks to both of you for keeping this challenge going, LOVE it. That being said, I am moving from Washington State to Texas at the end of June. Just let’s say getting out an extremely bad relationship…..So for the previous couple of months I’ve been riding my bike, to de-stress 🥹. I realize it’s only the 17th and finished my goal……perfect…459.75MTD

Meet Pete and Parker my pugs ❤️❤️

@GrandmaJackie - sorry about the relationship but sometimes walking away ( or running ) is the best thing you can do. Feel free to vent if you need to. That said, where in Texas? I’ve lived in a few places in Texas. San Antonio was my favorite.

@GrandnaJackie:Thank goodness for a means of stress relief. Exercise, reading my Bible and having a dog has always been so helpful to me. I sure hope you find peace and renewed happiness in your move. Stress is bad for any life. And as Dean said, we are always here to listen. So vent away. We know how important it is to have a safe haven. I will keep you in my prayers.

@Grandmajackie - New Braunfels! Home of the German festival and Schliterbaun! Most excellent! Some of the best German food I've had was there. So beautiful this time of year with the Blue Bonnets. Just down the road from the hill country with some of the only clear rivers in Texas. Except for August, I think you're going to love it! August brings the freshman to Southwest Texas state so that's no fun. :frowning: Keep us posted on your adventures as you travel!

CONGRATS one making GOAL to @CLEPANT!!

@DEAN - Great work this month! I'm glad your recovery is coming along so well! I raised your goal for you.

I've always wanted to go to New Braunfels, but now I want to go visit Leavenworth, WA too!! Gorgeous! But if I'm being honest, the German beer & food is what really draws me. Great video, @JACKIE!

@GrandmaJackie - good luck with the move and the new phase of your life. Thanks for the dog video!
