Good morning!
My steps for Tuesay 4/9 are 14,893

@cre804 - I think you live in Texas, right? It sounds as though there was a lot of people enjoying the experience together β how fun to be in the direct path to get such a perfect vantage point! My neighbor sent me the photo I posted above from Cleveland, Ohio, which was also one of the best locations to see the natural phenomenon.
One of my favorite uncles died on the day of the eclipse so I sent the picture to a few family members and friends with a message that βof course the sun stopped shining briefly today in honor of Uncle Patrick.β He made the world a little lighter and a lot more fun!
I watched the eclipse from western Virginia, while driving back home from a weekend trip to Tennessee. I called some people during the drive to let them know my uncle had died and they shared so many fun and beautiful memories with me. Iβm sad but also feel so fortunate to have had him in my life. Wednesday ~ April 10
Good morning Shape Shifters. The weather in the morning was nice, so I took my camera with me on my walk. Birds are still very hard to photograph; they are either too far away, up very high or just hidden. I enjoyed myself though. I did my gym rings workout and had a lot of fun with the songs I played during it. Tinus got lots of outside time and I sat down with my puzzle for a good while and finished it. I love Charles Wysocki puzzles, but they are nearly impossible to get where I live which is a shame. I also got another package with more beehotels. I know, I know... These come with a 10 year warranty though since they are made from Woodstone (a mix of wood fibers and concrete). I would like to eventually replace all the houses to these since I can just swap out the bamboo, but for now I have spent enough money on the bees even though the hotels were on sale.
It was a really good day. Wednesday is often a challenge for me since I did my weigh in for the group and I am tempted to treat myself. I actually just didn't want to do that this time. I am finally back to were I was 3 weeks ago before my 9 day binge spree and I want to keep the momentum going. Seeing the numbers go down is much more fun. Happy Thursday everyone
