Yo!!!! Where is everybody?? Feeling lonely.

I would imagine between Independence Day indulgences (people often take a break) and the Newsfeed debacle it's pretty quiet around here this week.

I'm honestly not sure how I feel about remaining here now the Newsfeed is gone. It and this group were the only things keeping me here. But depending on how engagement here goes with the newsfeed situation I am not sure whether to just share the link to the spreadsheet to you guys and continue it outside of MFP. I am happy to continue for now, but I am very demotivated to continue using the app.

Those who are still here might let me know their 💭 s on that.

    GW: 144.7 lbs
    Weigh In Info - July 7, 2024
    Last: 238.4 lbs
    TW: 239.4 lbs
    Variance: +1.0 lbs

Three days ago I took the first GLP-1, it is a baby starter amount and it is to be administered weekly. Nothing. No effects, no side-effects. I am in standby for the magic to happen.

I have been a tiny bit below 240 for a month or more. That's good. I've spent most of the last few years in the 240s with a blip or two in the 250s.

I care for you and am invested in your success and well-being. The MFP company helped with that. The company no longer feels helpful. Though sad, saying goodbye to this platform is happening in big numbers, I get it.

I started in Dec 2010. That's a long time ago.

    What shall we do?

Thanks @chris_in_cal I don't know, I guess for now we can just see how engagement here is and if it appears to drop off in the next few weeks I will just have to share my google sheet and we can maybe use the comments tool there.
