I was able to get my mess up fixed this morning. It wasn't hard to fix, just time consuming.
I can't believe it is so close to September! Where does the time go?
No plans for this weekend. It is supposed to be HOT! 🥵 I have to get my laundry and bedding washed and that's about it, besides shopping for the ravenous horde. Males eat a lot.
Weight wise, I am sloooowly losing. Half a pound every couple of weeks adds up over time, but it's also hard to keep those healthy rituals and routines going.

Happy Monday! Good news is we have next Monday off! Woo hoo!
Yes, thankfully the plumber came and fixed the leak on Friday mid day plus he replaced another pipe that was looking oxidized. He was in and out in less than an hour. Phew! I honestly shake my head at how our landlords are. So lax and flakey at times. We love where we live and I am convinced at times that we take better care of this place then they do. Sigh...
Hope you had a nice weekend, @KateNkognito yes I hear you about slow and steady (losing) wins the race! LOL Losing is better than gaining and even maintaining is better than gaining. We got this!
Took a walk on Friday after work then over the weekend we just didn't get to it. Tonight after work is the plan again to take a walk at the track. Weather is getting warmer and more humid, so looking like another week of summer weather on tap here. Hope your heat is not too bad!
We have been invited to a friend's house this weekend for a get together. Last we heard he was asking if everybody was free if he moved it from Saturday to Sunday. Fine by us. We don't want to risk sitting around outside if there might be rain showers.

Had a good weekend. Didn't quite get everything done that I wanted to, but it will wait. Looking forward to a three day weekend! 😊
@Meghan509 Glad you got the pipe fixed! Perhaps you could just buy the place and call a good plumber! 😄
Not much going on this week. Next week and the one after will be very busy. Pretty sure I am going to need some extra caffeine!

Monday was BUSY but the day went by fast, that's for sure.
My Mom's been driving me nuts lately with how she spends money so carelessly and she blames all of her poor choices on anything but herself. Sigh... Stressful dealing with that added drama.
Thanks @KateNkognito I wish we could afford to buy something in our town. The prices are so expensive where we are.

@Meghan509 Aren't families fun?! Housing prices are crazy everywhere.
Work was long and frustrating and I was deeply unmotivated. I also felt kind of gross because of hormones. I had a great day eating wise. I also talked to a lady today that went from 38% body fat to 18%. I feel inspired.

Same here, feeling pretty good with my WOE. Have not been really hungry or anything. Though I am glad to be eating lunch shortly! LOL
Definitely less crazy at work then the last two days which is good.

Been such a slow day that I almost forgot to check in! LOL
One of those days where I would LOVE to be remote but here I am at the office and hardly anyone else is here. Bah!
Took a little walk after lunch today around the parking garage and it was nice. Will plan to do that more often now that I know the humidity should finally be ramping down.

I *know* I posted yesterday! It didn't take, apparently.
I have had a crazy couple of days at work, but I finished the files in the section that have been driving me crazy with their mixed up jumbled-ness. Tomorrow will be chill because I just scan and process all the actual paperwork that I just went through and entered into the database.
This evening is fall sports introductions. My baby is a senior! (I know I keep saying that, but I still don't believe we managed to raise two children, fairly well)
Just need to clean up my desk from his chaos and then finish up a couple of things.

Good, sounds like you have an easier day on tap for today! I like that. Wrapping up some travel for my folks here and then I should hopefully have a relatively low key Friday afternoon as well.
Awww, a senior isn't that crazy! Exciting times.
I lost 1.6 lbs this week and I am happy! Going in the right direction for sure. I have not measured myself in a while (I know I should) but I feel like my tummy is not as big. Makes me happy!
Lots of people walking dogs and babies out my window today. I like it when that happens!
We have a labor day parting on Sunday that we are planning to attend. We are bringing dessert and I will allow myself one small brownie bite and some ice cream and I don't plan to drink much alcohol. Low key!
Looks like the new month starts on Sunday. I am not sure I will remember to check in so if I forget feel free to start the new thread. Otherwise whenever we get to it is fine too.
Almost noon Eastern here and time for lunch. Woo hoo!

Happy Friday! Happy Labor Day weekend! I left a bit earlier than usual today and downtown was already empty. The drive home had almost no traffic. It was great! People keep asking me if I have plans for the weekend. Sleeping. Lots of sleepng. I might go crazy and wash a couple of windows.
