I get to practice that sweet maintenance life for a while… my doctor says no more weight loss for the next three months (while I heal from my surgery). Feels weird making myself eat extra. I’m still figuring out what my current maintenance calories should be. Interesting experience.

Im starting the month off strong as I know I will have a few pass days next week as I get married on the 8th and then a reception party on the 11th and a couple nights away in a hotel with lots of food and drink involved. I hope I can manage to still make some healthy choices
