I can relate! I said the same sentence to myself last month, and also volunteered. It made a great difference, coming off my aunt funeral and all the family dramas.

No, no, yes Had meals planned. Bad excuse, but client unexpectedly brought foods from her restaurant & I couldn’t resist. I at least didn’t eat all that she brought & gave half away. But still put me over by 100 whopping calories! Oy!3 -

Well. That wasn’t a pass day as my calories were set incorrectly (human error) in Lose It (the app I use for tracking nutrition)… 🤭2
