My condiment would be Mayonnaise and I would incorporate it into every meal by using it on hotdogs, pasta salad, hamburgers etc

Hi Megan,
I've been traveling and I might have messed up the date of the prior weigh-in. The number is correct for PW and CW. I just might have posted them on the wrong day. I'm just way too busy, lol.
Below is my current weight for Thursday, October 24th.
Weigh-In Day: Thursday
PW: 162.2 (10/17)
CW: 160 (10/24)
Can you excuse me from the step challenge for now. I'll let you know when I am ready to recommit to steps.

Yes I will excuse you from the step challenge ... I am in a lot of pain with my shoulder and my foot ... I will be having an MRI on my shoulder soon ... Physical therapy is not helping but I only have 5 more sessions so I am sticking it out

Good morning, @Megan_smartiepants1970 ! I hope you are feeling good on this bright, but chilly, morning. We definitely have that winter nip in the air here in Michigan. I had a chance to get out on my bike this past week and the colors of the trees was spectacular!
Here are my numbers for this week:

I have not been recording in my meal journal and have not been attending to my daily exercise routine. The change in seasons, the return to our usual “fall schedule and winter prep”, a new daily challenges have all been distractions — but, unfortunately, part of life. I just need to move through a few things and get myself refocused. And I will!
