New to 50 but not weight loss

Hi y'all. Penny from Texas here. I just turned 50 in July and I'm new to 50 but it feels like 50 years of weight loss and failed diets. It's hard getting back on track yet another time but here I finally am again starting at square 1 again with some wisdom at least under my very broad belt.
