Weigh In Date **TUESDAY, November 19, 2024 (travelling on Monday - no scale)

    GoalWeight: 174 lbs

    LastWeek : 206.6 lbs
    ThisWeek: 202.1 lbs

Variance: - 4.5 pounds (loss) 1/3 of a stone? (smile)

Took on a LOT of water weight and also retained some weight after the procedure/surgery and with all the narcotics and painkillers which slowed my system down.

Travelling to NY/Long Island we were eating like crazy but the net-net was I am down from last week but almost back to 200 where I started weeks ago before the surgery and this whole kidney stone debacle.

Still have the stent so my kidney doesn't "die", BUT tomorrow (Nov 22) going in (I am not a doctor so this is what I think they are doing) they are ripping out the current stent, then jamming up a camera and laser and zapping the m'fer stone, then they are stuffing up another kidney to bladder stent to drain better.......and then under a general they will tear out the second/final stent on Dec 6. I will be glad when this is all over.

Say a few prayers and send good wishes.
