Hello! Just signed up for this group.
I'm getting back into training regularly again and looking to make friends in the online fitness community to talk to about progress, discuss hints/tips and push motivation virtually.

I train 3 times a week in the morning before work but recently had 6 months away from the gym and 9 months of consistent training sessions due to a house move and change in circumstances.
