Thanks Lynch. Yes this 'before' weight on 12/23 is certainly not what my today weight is. Trending up.
I always get excited about the new year hoo-haw, so it is a good time for me to get going.
After 15 years shilling for Garmin as a goto tool for my friends and family, I bought a new Pixel Watch 3 for myself and am trying it out. I always listen to podcast/music and if this Pixel watch works out, I can cancel my "premium" spotify account and recoup the cost of the watch.
If it doesn't work out, I'll try to sell it and keep on going with my crusty five year old Garmin and keep paying Spotify each month.0
