Hi Pals! Let’s keep this going - I’m fighting the desire to hibernate to be honest, but I’m motivated to finish the year strong! 💪💪. Seeking more peace and less stress for me and you!

This Week's Daily Goals
(asterisk * for each day accomplished. 7 possible; goal is at least 5 asterisks for each goal.)
1. Read Bible in order 1 chap/day. (Exodus 14) **
2. Nutrition level Good or Acceptable daily.**
3. 8 hours consecutive bedrest/day.*
4. Invest 1 hour/day minimum in something social outside work. (I isolate myself too much) **
5. Maximum 3 cancer wrinkle sin sticks per day.*

I 100% feel you on wanting to hibernate CeeBee! I've been thinking the same. Every winter, SAD (seasonal affective disorder) hits me. I take my vitamin D, get any sunlight I can, and try to stay active and positive. Still, I'm feeling like I want to crawl under the covers until spring. lol0 -
I hear ya @justgirl81! And it’s worse today since it’s a cold damp rain here. But all good thoughts - it’s my 29th wedding anniversary today! Soo blessed!
