This is what I am eating. You can check out my diary. basically quinoa, flax, hemp, chia seeds with blueberries and soy for breakfast. A super salad my wife makes @ the beginning of the week with spinach or kale with beans, onion, mushrooms (cooked and chilled) , red or yellow or green peppers or all three), carrots, etc etc. Then for dinner my goal is a nice soup or stew with no animal products, oil, butter, or anything high in saturated fat. https://gallery.l-y-n-c-h.com/Health/content/Screenshot_20241226_073757_YouTube_large.html
I am also doing a bit of cycling and hitting the YMCA. not sure if Strava lets you see this without signing up now (let me know) Might have gone a little farther than I wanted...... 40 miles round trip on my bike "Black Honey"
