Really struggling to get on track. I’m having good days and bad days. Making no progress. Hopefully this week will be better.
I listened to a podcast with Jessie Inchauspé (Glucose Goddess) and found it quite interesting. It’s all about the order you eat foods in and the effect that has on the body. Going to try some of her tips this week.1 -

She is VERY interesting and I almost find myself just clicking on a video to see what she is wearing???? I like a lot of what she has to say. She, Robert Lusting and the Matering Diabetes folks of course all seem to laser in on insulin and glucose and insulin resistance and insulin as a FAT retention hormone.
The key is to LOSE the weight to get rid of the fat cells that are unlockable and also stop producing estrogen as well.....
Its like you doctor telling you to have less stress so you can fell better or etc. Sure no problem. <grimace>
I have an addictive brain, love dopamine it seems. took 1/2 a century to kick the booze, then stress and work have led to all kinds of chronic disease.... so all I have to do is kick out the CRAP.
I am off running with this and trying to have the discipline to keep my addictive items.... cheese, pretzels and breads, and pasta and white rice... OUT of the picture. Like alchohol EVEN a little bit ends in disaster. all the stuff that got me here.... https://gallery.l-y-n-c-h.com/Health/content/Screenshot_20241226_073757_YouTube_large.html
