Retired, still perimenopausal, and looking for motivation

Not sure if this group is still active but I am hoping I have found my people 😅. Need to establish a routine that includes healthy eating and being active now that I have the time. Any advice or tips would be appreciated! Happy 2025! 😊

    Drink lots of water. Replace ‘white’ foods with ‘brown’ - meaning white pasta…switch to whole grain, white rice for brown rice etc. you’ll get more fibre and less of a sugar spike and feel full for longer. I find the Glucose Goddess tips/hacks really helpful. Glucosegoddess.com

    As for exercise - it needs to be something you enjoy. We ladies at this stage definitely need loads of bearing exercises in there somewhere.
