About 1400 calories give or take and still cant lose
I'm so freaking frustrated with eating less calories than average and still staying at my current weight . I've upped my protein intake and cut back on most of the simple carbs. Anyone else dealing with this bullshit? I'm 56 active about 5 days a week . What am I doing wrong!?

I have been looking for a group of women dealing with the same issues as me.. however every group I have looked at nobody is active. I dont understand how that is as there is so many of us. Is there something we can do to make it more active and supportive?
