New Here - Intro

I’m 33 year old mama. Hybrid work schedule.

Exercise: Working with a personal trainer 2 days a week. Walking & kickboxing classes
Diet: vegan, mostly Whole Foods
Drink: 100-128oz a day

I’ve lost 80lbs previously but through life circumstances and not losing sustainably I’ve gained it back through pregnancy.

I’m finally in a position to lose again but I’m most focused on what I can do for a lifetime not what I can do quickly.
