    Difference: 0 LBS

    Couple weeks now of zero weight difference but I'm sticking to my exercise plan and definitely feeling a lot stronger. I'm upped the weights on most of my exercises and still getting it easier than when I first started my new programme in January, still a tough workout though 🥳
