I didn’t come anywhere near goal. It was a fight all month but I maybe I’ve reversed the yo yo month and will continue to lose. Ended higher than I started but I’ll take it.

Monday: Recumbent 20 minutes, treadmill 20 minutes, upper body strength 20 minutes. And core 10 minutes.

Chris hard to believe you retired that long ago. I remember asking you for your days to retirement. Have you gone on any vacations? Or trips?
Paula I really think I should do two meals a day. Make them healthier though.
Kathy I think last month just wasn't our month.
