    VENTING:

    I've been horribly bloated last 2 days especially since trying the Digestive Enzymes. Tried adding magnesium to help move things along but it made me worse.

    I've realized I never let myself be angry; I bury it because I feel like its un Christian in someway. But honestly, I'm angry. I hold back from saying what I think because I want everyone to like me. I try to say the right thing, and most often say nothing at all for fear of being judged or causing conflict. So I'm going to vent here because I'm hoping it will help my digestion.

    hi @justgirl81. I was posting in the summer thread! Glad to see you’re still around! I don’t think it’s unchristian to be angry. We’re human. We are given grace. I think being immersed in anger is something we need to work on but don’t let feeling human emotions make you think you’re any less Christian than anyone else.
