    How are we going to tackle this final week of the April challenge? Anyone have a plan? What needs to change, what needs to stay consistent? Maybe you have a technique that will work for someone else on the team, who knows!

    Also, I have a number of you who did not weigh in for last week (which is fine, I definitely won't take it personally at all). Please remember that not weighing in with us for two weeks in a row will result in being dropped from the team at the end of the month. You can always request to be excused, which does not count as not weighing in, or temporarily be added to the support team, which means you are still part of Team Weight No More but do not have to share a weight every single week.

    @blessedgrandma5 - That would do it! Do you have any techniques for managing your hormones? I know I've had imbalances over the years but always push it off to the side because I am convinced I have "more important" things to do.

    I'm not sure if I believe this weigh In because I'm on my period and I feel so fat. 😒 But if it is accurate, I'm happy and if I can have another loss next week then I'll be heading in the right direction and to stay out of the 220s! Gonna try and stay within my calories this week as much as I can! I don't think I did terrible this week, but I didn't use my diary at all, ans the only reason why I could've possibly lost Weight is that I did a lot if yard work.

    * Members did not post the whole week but had enough posted to deserve recognition! We lost one walker and had one missing.

    could I please have a pass this week on weigh in? I have been in Aruba all week. I get home late tomorrow night. I have been trying to do pretty good with eating and I actually didn’t drink a lot but you just never know. I did get sun burned pretty badly, usually I get a slight burn that will turn into a tan but this is horrible. I also forgot my watch most of the week so my steps won’t be there and one day I walked a lot. So that stinks.

    @ljdanny I won't wait on your steps or pester you about them…sounds like you had fun! So sorry to hear about the sunburn. Bad burns are the worst! A little diluted white vinegar (or acv) blotted gently with a cotton ball can take some of the sting out (I don't know why). And hydrate!

    Hi! I am new to the team. I am excited to be here and really try to lose weight!!! I have a hard time doing it on my own without some kind of challenge to motivate me.

    @minstrelofsarcasm Actually, maybe I will keep participating, can I start back weighing in next Monday? I do find that I miss the accountability of posting, even though it scares me sometimes to share my weight because it's been a lifelong struggle. I was being weird about it.

    CW - My weight as of Sunday Apr 27 was 267.2 lbs

I am also a scientist by day and a certified personal trainer, which means I can be a wealth of useful information if there is anything you are looking to learn more about.

    @jennyell85 - Excellent news! I'll move you back to the weight loss team. It's good to have you back. Is there anything you want to change this time? I can change your weigh day, you can set a goal for May (if you have a specific goal in mind, of course), I know some people like to post more regularly than once a week with basic updates of how things are going. Let me know!

    So so very sorry.

    I am so late here…like a couple weeks.

    Please don't bump me out.

    I know my current weight is 151.2.

    I think I stated that my boyfriend hurt his foot.

    We have been back and forth to so many doctors. X-rays, orthopedics, primary care physician….

    A diagnosis of a severe sprain, then it went to gout.

    I've never seen a foot stay so swollen so long!

    After an MRI and another trip to orthopedics, the foot IS broken.

    I'm not lying when I say that I am TIRED!

    I work all day, come home, take care of the farm, and then I pass out to start all over and do it again. He hurt his foot on March 28th. I AM SOOO TIRED!
