    I am feeling a little bit discouraged but actually, considering I just had 2 weeks off work (so moving less) and my parents visiting for 10 days (so cooking more) maybe it is not so bad

    my steps for the week of the 20th are ok. This week will not be. This will have a lot of zeros unless my watch picked up my steps in my back pack.

    I did go food shopping yesterday now that I am home. I bought some healthy foods, I am even going to start eating fruit again. Today I had a banana for breakfast and I dislike bananas very much, lol.
