    Ultimate Goal: (25 BMI; waist/height = 32/70 = 46% ) : 174 lbs
    Next Waypoint Goal: (~ 5% loss) : 190 lbs

    Last Week : 199.3 lbs
    This Week : 200.7 lbs
    Variance: + 1.40 lb (GAIN!!) well this is 'below' average for my median see-sawing weight….let see if we can get that needle to drop!!!!

    Hi! Still here! 😃👋 I weigh in on Fridays.
    Lost a bit of weight this week. Heading home to Ireland today for a week (live in Sweden) so next weeks weigh in won’t be as good but hoping to limit the damage.

    GW: 146 lbs 

    LW: 207.8 lbs 
    TW: 206.5 lbs 
    Variance:  -1.3 lbs
