This Week : 200.7 lbs
Variance: + 1.40 lb (GAIN!!) well this is 'below' average for my median see-sawing weight….let see if we can get that needle to drop!!!!1 -

Lost a bit of weight this week. Heading home to Ireland today for a week (live in Sweden) so next weeks weigh in won’t be as good but hoping to limit the damage.
