Apologies for my month long disappearance I had Norovirus not long after St Patrick's day and we've been extremely busy / understaffed at work amongst other stress triggers and I am also weaning myself off the Saxenda at the moment preparing to check fertility hormone levels, etc.

I will update the progress reports over the Easter weekend.

Given the ongoing issues with the forum / community and just MFP in general, how would you guys feel about direct entry into the google sheet? There's still an opportunity to make a comment with each weigh in by adding a comment to the cell and others can then reply to your comment and I think there is also Emoji responses similar to Like, Hug, etc.

I can send you a link via PM or you could PM me your email address so I can invite you and so it's not open to any Tom, Dick or Harry that comes in through the group. The weeks are all there until the end of the year and you can see your ongoing progress in the chart as the entries are added. I just update the formula for the top boxes that I screenshot into the Progress Reports each month.

Let me know what you think.

I'm in. MFP is badly broken, and I just want a nice crew with whom to track my progress.

I am in one other group that I like, and there is nothing else with MFP that keeps me here.

    Send the link please.

SURE, I am reevaluating my MFP usage and paying Premium for not much except push ads and meal plans designed by big food and food lobbyists.

This will put me that much closer. Not sure they will allow an email in here or link…….

My email is T@L-y-n-c-h.com and my website is www.L-y-n-c-h.com had them both since the 1980s.

here ya go guys, they have been short kids to lifeguard at the Y and I had done this for years in (shhh the 1970s!!! here is a picture.. https://gallery.l-y-n-c-h.com/1970/content/TJL_Kawasaki_175_and_Valley_Club_Life_Guard_1976_large.html ) so I LET them put me through an EMT, Inland & Beach Lifesaving, CPR Adult/Infant,

Here is a today picture a half a century later??? https://gallery.l-y-n-c-h.com/2025/content/20250319_145217_large.html

Send the link and I will try not to break anything.
