    Ultimate Goal: (25 BMI; waist/height = 32/70 = 46% ) : 174 lbs
    Next Waypoint Goal: (~ 5% loss) : 190 lbs

    Last Week : 198.6 lbs
    This Week : 200.8 lbs
    Variance: +2.2 lb (GAIN) see sawed back up a bit….. but just a bit….
