Happy that things turned around for me this week. 😀
Down 23.1. pounds from my highest weight in 2016.
Only need to lose 6.9 pounds to be 30 pounds down from my highest weight.

109 lb lost from highest weight of 340 lb.I had a couple of off the rails munching days this week but managed to get back on track and have done lots of walking so still got a loss.

We made it home from the beach and it's great to be here! We had 2 large branches fall from a storm while we were gone and 1 almost landed on our AC unit!
Time to get back to normal eating & exercise. I did go for 1 last walk on the beach this morning, plus a walk when we got home! 🌞

@lauren_989 I think there's a mistake on my step results on the results board for last week and the April total. For last week I had 73,647 steps and my April totals was 314,764 steps

This week has been rough for steps, food, sleep, etc. New job and new routine. Need to get things settled quickly! I have a feeling I'm not going to like my Wednesday weigh-in very much but keeping at it!

@smila1202 I'm glad you are starting to feel better! Don't push yourself too hard and then get worse again.
Getting back into normal. I weighed myself today and am surprised that I lost 1/2 pound on vacation! We did a lot of walks on the beach! 🌞
What does everyone have planned for this week? How are you meeting your goals?

Thanks for checking it for for me! I think my confusion comes from me taking week ended 26th April as the last week of April and not week ended 5th May

Question!
Would you prefer a personal trainer or a personal chef?
I would prefer a chef. I am great at working out and going to the gym, but would lose more weight if I had someone cook all my meals and snacks!

The only way seems up these days ☹ One week to go for me to go on a 3 weeks camper trip.. Why do I do this to myself every time?.. 😢
