Anyone have plans for the long weekend? Well at least it's one for me! I plan to do a walk/jog Saturday morning and sleep in Sunday and Monday!

Hi lauren_989 - I've been out of the country the last 2 weeks with no access to a scale but I mentioned that I'd be a no show for that time on my 5/2 weigh-in. I'll include a summary of the trip once I'm able to copy some the pictures from my phone to my PC (yes I'm old-school or 'technically challenged') as i only use MFP on my PC.

(In response to your question to where I am going on my camper trip and if I have a food plan.. (MFP won't let me use 'quote', I get an error..)
This Thursday we go to Sauerland, Germany.. I guess the stress (yeah, I know, the irony of that 😂) of getting everything ready with a body (and mind) that don't work, makes my eating atm out of control.. Thought of many different scenarios on how to limit damage, but every attempt seems to do the opposite.. My weight goes up and up.. I'm taking the tools (scales, right foods, measuring spoons, etc.) with me, and will take every opportunity that comes by to get on track again.. If the stress dies down it could be I can pick up the right path 🙏

24/05 3686thank you for the kind comments, being female sometimes really sucks got a colposcopy appointment on the 3rd of June to see a specialist for a biopsy so my steps may continue to be low for a few more weeks but hopefully the results are nothing serious and I can recover quickly.. although today I have been for a gentle stroll around a local market and carboot so im already at 7500 for today most I’ve done this last week or 2…

Yesterday, I went for a 3 mile walk with my hubby and the weather was nicer than I thought it would be. So glad the rain held off 2/3 days of my long weekend! Today is already raining this morning, but we may get a break in it this afternoon, so hoping I can walk then. Also planning on crocheting some. Working on a baby blanket for my pregnant SIL! 💙
