    Here's my Friday weigh in. I was up last week, and felt like I've been stuck right around 188 (up or down .5) for a few weeks. I finally broke that cycle this week!

    @jimboden3 Dont be too hard on yourself. Over the past 2 years my weight loss pattern has worked the same. I’ll have a big drop then up a bit but the general the trend is downwards.

    Last days of my camper trip in sight and I'm kind of happy about that 😊 My weight is 33.1 lbs (15 kg) up since half February.. I know what to do when I'm back home..

    🙈Back up again! Disappointed but not shocked, my normal routine was completely disrupted last week and included one too many fast food dinners. The burgers were lovely though🙊

    Whew! Busy few days for me! I had a work dinner tonight and haven't been sleeping well. Looking forward to relaxing this weekend!

    No worries about this week's gain … we went out last night for an upscale steak dinner for my brother's 50th birthday party. I wanted to enjoy myself and not worry about weigh-in day the next morning but I am looking forward to working towards earning my loss next week.
