Here's my Friday weigh in. I was up last week, and felt like I've been stuck right around 188 (up or down .5) for a few weeks. I finally broke that cycle this week!

@jimboden3 Dont be too hard on yourself. Over the past 2 years my weight loss pattern has worked the same. I’ll have a big drop then up a bit but the general the trend is downwards.

Last days of my camper trip in sight and I'm kind of happy about that 😊 My weight is 33.1 lbs (15 kg) up since half February.. I know what to do when I'm back home..
