Sometimes the scale just confuses me. Wednesday and Thursday I was 185.6, then on Friday it was showing me up over a pound and up .8 from where I was last week. It seems that I get these fluctuations, then drop down again.

How is everyone's weekend going so far?
Yesterday, I went for a 5.5 mile walk/jog. It was so humid! Not the hottest one yet, but sure felt like it! I am on the lookout for a good daily full body stretch routine. I have found a couple on youtube, but if anyone has suggestions, I am open!

@lauren_989 here’s my steps. I did better this week. I increased my exercise slightly to try and lose some of last weeks burgers. It was an Irish fastfood chain ‘Supermac’s’. Their burgers are worth it though 😅

How is everyone doing this week? I went for a walk today, although it was extremely hot! Made sure to drink extra water before and after. Tomorrow I hope to get to the gym for weights and then Thursday I have my book club.

I made it to the gym after work today, even though I didn't want to go. I have book club tomorrow night, so I can't miss 2 days of exercise in a row.
Also, I harvested 2 zucchinis from my plant, found a 3rd one I didn't know was growing, and have 2 more starting, so that's 4 more than last year 😂

@lauren_989 Before you know it, you will have more zucchini than you know what to do with. I really like zucchini, but I think in a yearbook for plants it would be voted "most likely to give to your neighbors" since they can just get so prolific!
