my steps were not good last week. I am going to be starting physical therapy on my back soon so hopefully that will help and I am supposed to be going back l to work in 2 weeks. I am trying to get a new job so I don’t have to go back there but we will see how that goes. My son gets married on Friday so I’m sure I will have some steps that day.

@blessedgrandma5 Yep, I am also getting a lot of male friend requests. It's all bots and scammers I'm pretty sure, because a lot of the time it's the same guy's photo with a different username, and I get like 3-5 per week. I have reported some to MFP so they can look into it. You can report them if you want, just email support. I ignore them now and block them. I'm not adding anyone as a friend unless I know them or interact with them in some way in forums or groups.

@marlalynns6304 Water fitness is great! I've gone to a few classes and it really got my heart rate up!
I wouldn't worry about an exact step count, I don't get 10,000 steps anymore either. I average between 7 or 8 thousand and that's good enough for me! I have trouble with my feet and ankles so it hurts to overdo it. I try to do activities that I enjoy. The benefit of exercise is that it helps to reduce my pain overall and makes me feel good mentally.

Well…I have no idea what happened to August. And I am super appreciative that Ashley took care of the steps post—I did week 1 but apparently never posted and looked at the calendar today and said hey, I don't think I did the post last week.

@minstrelofsarcasm You know, I thought that once. Now, I keep thinking I should still be 30 but I know the kids I babysat as a teen are late 30's and early 40's so the math doesn't work...this is on the list for why I avoid maths. Math makes me feel old.

@minstrelofsarcasm sorry I haven't been in touch sooner, I wasn't in the best place after my grandmother passed away and a few stressful things this summer. Anyway September is a new month, I am going back to work and the kids to school and I would like to focus on my health again. Could I join the team back for September please?
