Today was a chilly and cloudy day. It rained on and off this morning, so I didn't get to work in the gardens. I did go for a walk though and went shopping after. Hubby and I will be celebrating our 7th anniversary on Tuesday so I bought supplies to make a cake. I bought his favorite cake, so I won't eat as much 😂

@lauren_989, I followed a Leslie Sansone DVD called Tone Every Zone. I like to do circuits of cardio and toning and this is one of my favorites. The exercises include bicep curls, triceps, rows, lateral raises, front raises, chest press, flies. I'm sure I may have forgotten something. It's intervals of walking and toning every two minutes. Today is lower body day and that includes lots of squats and lunges.

The biggest thing holding me back is that I don't make myself a priority. I'm working on that and this week has been better.

@gillis1118 no, I didn't get your weight last week, but thanks for posting again! MFP can be wonky sometimes.
My eating has been AWFUL this week. Tomorrow is going to be a better day. So far I'm up 2 pounds since my weigh in. Sigh. I need to work on stress eating. My dad was in the hospital with a blood clot in his lung. It's hard when you live 12 hours away and can't see them.
Question: This is a great one! I have been trying to figure this out for a while. I exercise regularly, but it's my eating I always have trouble with. This week was my anniversary and stress. Feels like I am always giving myself excuses. They say don't beat yourself up for a bad day, but then that turns into days. I need to hold myself accountable at some point.

CW: 244What's holding me back the most? Definitely lack of exercise and sleep. I eat relatively healthy foods but I work like crazy and only sleep 5 or so hours a night on average. I'm hoping to retire in about 7-8 months and have plans to fill my time with activities that will keep me busy - including ways that will help me be more healthy but right now, just trying to do what I can.

I'm beyond frustrated, I worked out every day and ate better. I stayed within my calories most days this week and I stayed the same. Ugh!
