How do I join the Step Challenge??

@gillis1118 just let me know your daily pledge of steps and then report your actual step count daily, every few days, or once a week. It's just holding yourself to your step goal to get you moving!

My sincerest apologies for the delay. I won't go into the details but it involved leaving early Friday (I weighed in but forgot to submit it) to drive my car on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (we couldn't pass but I did get up to 117 mph) and then a late return to St. Louis last night followed by jury selection this morning (I was released) so sorry about the delay.

Today was my half day at work. Went for a nice walk this evening around the neighborhood to get my steps in. At the beach it was easy doing this, however now back home, I have to intentionally get it done.

Coffee for me

Definitely a coffee kinda girl - with a splash of Premier Protein Cafe Latte 😋. I pretty much only have two cups in the morning. I switch to Crystal Light Iced Tea after that and I know I drink at least a gallon a day…. Don’t know if that’s good or bad for me but at least I’m hydrating 😁
And I was wondering, on the step challenge, does it start on Sunday & end on Saturday?

Coffee for me. I have a cup of regular and usually two cups of decaf during the day. I wish I could enjoy tea more.

I had tea for breakfast every morning as a child, but when I moved to my own place, I switched to coffee for breakfast. I do drink herbal tea during the day, especially in the winter when I need a warm pick me up.

Thanks for asking about my Mum, she is still in hospital and is much the same, she has a lung infection that they can't seem to get cleared up, she also has a mass on her kidney but they can't do anything about that until he infection has been sorted. I'm keeping my hopes up that she will be ok.

Yesterday was one of those days. Everything I worked on seemed to take twice as long as it should. I didn't get a workout done but I did clean the bedrooms. I'm going to get a strength workout done this morning.

My NSV for the week was how much stronger I am becoming of working around our new ranch. My steps have increased over 35% than prior year! Happy to be moving! :)

Wowzer!! I got rid of 4.3 lbs 😁 I’ve been putting in the work for months and ecstatic that I am seeing progress on the scale. Apparently consistency & perseverance does pay off 😁😂😁🤣
