I'm not surprised that I had a gain as I lost 5 weeks in a row then last week I didn't weight in due to some things that happened so I expected a gain at some point.

Sorry I have been MIA the past few days. Hubby and I had an intervention with one of his friends. I was not expecting this to happen yesterday, but we found out his house is about to be foreclosed upon. I wish we could help him more, but he needs to want to help himself as well. Depression is a hard thing. 😞

@ShockinglyFit that would be awesome! I added you as a friend and would need your email address to give access to the spreadsheet. It would be documenting each person's weight, posting reminders for weigh-ins and also recording steps. Usually when there are 2 co-captains, one does the steps and the other weights. Then just posting as often cheering everyone on! I will still be here to help though if you need anything/have any questions.

That was my weigh in for last Wednesday. I'm sorry I know its too late. I was on holiday for a week in Scotland which was beautiful & had a cooked breakfast every morning so tomorrows weigh in will be up I'm sure.

Good morning! I've been consistently working out 6 days a week since the beginning of the month. After a weight gain last week, I snuck a peek at my measurements and I lost some inches. I didn't take all of them again, just waist and hips, but I'm interested to see where I am on November 1.
Just a reminder that the scale isn't the only way to track improvement.
Have a great day!

@virgoreader that is so true about the scale not being everything! Great NSV and way to stay consistent!
@Mari33a I'm glad you were able to go on holiday! You deserve it with the stress that you've been dealing with. Any pictures you want to share?
@ShockinglyFit I will get you added tomorrow for access to the spreadsheet and send you an email as well.
Busy day today cleaning and organizing. Listed a bunch of stuff on facebook market place to sell.
I'm not sure why, but I have not been tired at night this week. Going to bed after midnight and waking up at 7am. Tired at work though lol.

Hey Lauren,
I posted my embarrassing steps from last week on 10/20 but here they are again, just in case. 😁

I had a NSV yesterday! I used to take a Wednesday BodyPump class at the YMCA. I quit going because I started weightlifting. The Instructor after her class came to me and said how great I looked and I’ve made great progress! I am so proud of me. @virgoreader you are so right, progress isn’t only on the scale (although I am only .3 from the 150’s and can’t wait) 😁💪

Just thought I’d share one of my favorite meal preps. In a small crockpot, put a boneless, skinless chicken with a little seasoning salt. Cook until it shreds, then let it soak up the broth (or after shredding, pour the broth out) Then you can add teriyaki, barbecue sauce, make chicken salad, or add cheese dip. My favorite- low carb tortilla & great value stadium style cheese dip (2T is 40 calories) with no fat refried beans. I’d love to hear other ideas on what to add 😁

@gillis1118, that sounds like a good idea. You could even separate the shredded chicken into portions and add different sauces then freeze.
Also, congrats on the NSV!!
